I have an ati radeon 9700 pro, it had some overheating issues(serious), so i bought an artic-cooling VGA Silencer Rev.3, and after installing it (followed the guide step by step perfectly) there's no video. I have no idea what it could be. Alredy cheked if it was making false contact and everything.
