Need Your Suggestions and Feedback on a New Build

I’ve been out of the PC building loop for a while. Please give me some suggestions and feedback on the following parts. It will be an all around PC with some light gaming and potentially a graphics upgrade in the future, which is why I went with onboard graphics. Budget is no more than $700.00 or so. I would also like the PC to be as quiet as possible and will need to last quite a while.
