A friend recommended I get this motherboard. DFI AD70-SC KT266A DDR W/Sound

Any comments new suggestions? I'm not necessarily looking for onboard sound or video. I'll be
using DDR memory but don't need anymore than 2 slots and I'm not planning on overclocking.
