Need your opinion on this page I´m working on

Its the page for the company I work for, it doesnt have anything there, its just the layout. And the pictures in the logo are not the final pictures, they are just something I found on yahoo. The sub menu will be in the layer that opens when you click on a item in the main menu. The content will fill out most of the empty white, it will be made much alike the sub menu is, in a layer.

So what do you think?

Well, it's strange, it's not slow but the last item refuses to load.
I emptied the IE cache and retried, again, the last item refused to load (part of the logo in the upper left corner, but not the same this time).

/edit/ OK, I closed IE 5.5, emptied its cache and history and retried. It works fine and fast. /edit/

strange, and the company that hosts the page is on a big fat 20mbit link, that goes through a 12mbit link to europe.
