DELTA 80mm HIGH OUTPUT
$20.99
80mm x 38mm. 12v. .58 amp, 4900 RPM, 68.5 CFM, 48.5 dBA, tail-less.

This fan is tail-less (comes with no molex connectors).

What does the tail-less thing mean? If it doesn't have power cables (which is what I think this means) how can I power it up?

It'll come with the wires attached, just with no connector on the end. You'd have to attach a connector yourself.

Th reason they sell them tailess, is for a few reasons.
1. its cheaper for them
2. It allows you to decide what connector you want to use, since that puppy will prolly blow the 3 pin header on your motherboard.

Dang, that's probably the most powerful 80mm fan I've ever heard of. Also, heed mikef208's advice - don't hook it to the 3-pin motherboard fan connector.

Another reason some fans come tailess is for the option of using a Fanbus
