If you guys were to order a PC online (yes i know build it but work is paying for it) which manufacturer would you go with? Dell? Ibuypower? ABS? monarch PC? Etc? What would you guys recommend?

I'd wait for a good deal at Dell from either their promotions or the Dell Outlet.

Edit: I see your employer is paying.......I think you need dual 20" LCDs with this system

LOL i don't think theya re going to spring for the 24's...i might be able to get dual 19's (providing one of my own ^_^) But we all agree dell?

i find that ever manufacturer has their bad points, i work in a tech shop and we see a lot of HP's come in (but HP is also what we sell most of)

i hardly ever see sony's in there (but i don't know how much of a good seller they are) i also think they are over priced

i would say gateway seems pretty decent for what you get (but i heard they have filed for bankruptcy)

Cisnet's are cheap and usually POS's

Dell is decent but when you have to fix the parts you pay through the nose

your getting a printer from dell?

thats something i would advise against, the cartages are lexmark brand but they are tweaked in such a way that you HAVE to order from dell

go with canon

Yeah i'd much rather have an HP but im getting extra cartridges and hope it lasts a year. Thats all i'll need it for.
