I'm almost ready to take the plung for my next Lan Box mod.

It's an all inclusive , water cooled, mobile pc.

I want a great LCD monitor to put in this new box.
I will probably use a 15" but a 17" may fill the bill, size restrictions for mobility.

I've looked at all the major brands.
I'm leaning towards VIEWSONIC 15.0" VX500+ because of it's contrast ratio, DVI input, and 25ms response times.

I need you guys input!!

If you know of a great LCD that supports the above and is VESA wall mountable PLEASE post your info!!
Thanks!!!

I can also recommend the 17inch L565 from Eizo. They have really improved over the last 2 or 3 years on these TFTs, but be aware with fast games it is still not 100% comparable to a CRT.

One drawback on Eizo L565, it's using IPS panel, can offer great viewing angle, but cannot offer fast response time like 25ms from MVA, PVA in the 17" and above.

Yes, the L565 is using a dual IPS panel. The response time is 30ms (15rise,15fall), according to the tests still comparable with the 25ms pieces, the view angle is absolute amazing.
