need your help with ddr and raid mobo...

hi, im gonna build a fast new system for my family. Im already probably gonna get a 1.33ghz athlon (266fsb) and some pc2100 ddr ram. I need a good mobo that supports the ddr ram and the athlon. It also must have raid ports. Thanks for the help!
