If you still need a CPU then also consider an AthlonXP or Duron, with an Asus A7N266-VM.

Also, are you sure it's prudent to run a website that shares "files" and music?
 
ECS is cheapo brand with hit or miss quality.

Tyan is a well known manufacturer of high quality mobos used in servers and workstations.

Sounds like an easy choice to me 🙂

Yes I Totally Agree With you on that one but Tyan have a bad taste in design. I have two other mb below, compare to tyan which one would you pick ?
