Need your help...plan to overclock ABIT IS7, 3.0GHz

I would like to know a good cooling setup and who makes good fans ect for overclocking. My system will be:

Abit IS7
P4 3.0GHz w/ HT
1 Gig Corsair DDR (3200)
Radeon 9800 NP (flashed to PRO)

I'm not going to clock the hell out of it but I am going to raise it a little.
 
Truthfully I would advise against overclocking that rig because the multplier is already high and you already get 3 ghz out of the box. If you still want to overclock use a water cooling rig.
