After playing a game i get a blue screen, I supposed it might be something with my Imc because im pushing it alot so i push up little bit vcca and pll. Then i run prime 95 and the memory test, i found out that within 1hour and 45 mins some worker been stopped. I get blue screens only while i play a heavy game.
ill let my system specs here with the settings i have

3930K@4.8Ghz
Rampage IV Extreme
G.Skill Ripjaws 32GB (8dimm) 2400Mhz 1.65v
Ocz revodrive 3x2
Msi 760ti in sli
PSW, 1500W Thermaltake

Offset +90, vcca1.25, vtt1.25, pll 1.9, all else in auto and max out about almost 1.49v

I appreciate all your help and opinions,

( sorry about my english i have long time to practice )

Monitor your CPU temperature, to make sure it's not over heating.

I turn off all C States also offset+ and i set it to manual voltage, i changed the rampage tweak mode from 3 to 1 for compatibility also increase vtt to 1.325 and LLC to auto, im testing it now with prime 95 (blend) almost 4 hours with no error. I think 4.8Ghz+ 8dimms of 2400Mhz its a really hard task to do for a SB-E Cpu

Which version of Prime95 are you running? Some of them have a bug that stops a worker when it shouldn't with AVX/FMA loads.

Which games are you having trouble with specifically?
