Need your help....HTML question.

I was going to actually go ahead and search for the answer this time around instead of just asking you guys like I usually do, but I don't know what I'm searching for!!

On my site, I have a review list. At top is a row of #-A-B-C-D-E-F-G-H-I-J-K....so on and so on. Below that is the listing of the reviews in alphabetical order. I'm wanting to be able to click on a letter on the row at top, and it take me directly to the letter below listing the reviews.

I remember learning how to do this back in school, but can't remember what it's even called. Seems like linking to something on down the page has a special name for it or something. Anyways, what can keywords can I search for to find out how to do this?

TIA.
