If you could go to http://www.ndee.ch/gallery/ and tell me how fast that page NOW is, I would be very glad. Yesterday evening (Swiss time), it was pretty fast but now, it's just crawling, really really slow, and I wanna test it during the day.

It isn't really fast, but the speed is reasonable. I am on a T-3 line and the pictures take a few seconds to load.
 
Thanks guys, I really think I need to look for another hoster. For me, it's just incredibly slow right now. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

the speed just isn't constant. Sometimes it flies, sometimes it crawls. Hrmpf.
 
how much bandwidth you do? i get 10 gigs over at addaction.net its nice. usually pretty fast. worth a look i suppose it you have a little money to spend
 
About the slowest I'm used to on cable, but I've seen much worse (i.e. non-sub AT Forums a few months back 😀). I'd give it a 6.5/10.

I live in Switzerland, so I also want that the Server is at least somewhere located in Europe 🙂 My bandwith is "unlimited"

That's what they say but I know for a fact that's not possible. Maybe I have too look somewhere in Germany, I think they got much better offers over there, then here in Switzerland.
 
hah, i forgot.. damn europeans. Get off our internet! you are spoiling it 😛 hehe, its kinda funny that you'd even consider out of country hosts.. at least to me it is

Well Germany has a good webhosting-forum, but I can't find anything in Switzerland, it's just WAAAAAAAAAAAAAGHHHHHHHHh, stupid hoster in Switzerland 😉

ps. people should also mention where they are connecting from/ what the connection type is... for someone from Taiwan w. 56k dialup it's bound to be slow.
