Need you Opinion on (XP RemoteDesktop vs VNC vs Terminal Server) for Emule/Kazaa server

Making a dedicated emule / kazaa P2P FILE Server, which will be access remotely.

I am choosing between: (1) VNC - Free (2) WinXP's bundle Remote Desktop, or (3) Window 2000 terminal service.

Please Don't just said - This XXX sucks - as it doesn't provide any Useful information other than your personal runt.

Looking for personal experience or wisdom on the matter, focusing on "why" this is better than the other.

(1) Does Win2000 comes with a Terminal Server, or do I need to buy Win2000 server?
(2) Can Win2003 Web Server edition function as Terminal Server
(3) How does Win2003 Terminal Service compare against Win2000, VNC
(4) Can Window2000 "Software Bridge" a wired-network to a wireless-network, or is this feature exclusive to WinXP?

At the momment, I am leaning toward the WinXP's Remote Deskop and software bridging
But I want to check with the PROs for some opinion

2000 can software bridge two networks. Aside from that Terminal services seems a bit more responsive than VNC. There are clients for both for a good number of platforms though (surprised me that I could to remote desktop to my XP machine from Linux). I find X11 to be a much better remote use protocol, but alas, it's not available in full form on a Windows machine (you can get a server like Xwin32 and connect to other machines, or even your own w/ cygwin, but you can't use the native Windows interface over X11).

I believe you would need to get (at least) 2000 Server (each session on a Terminal Server
requires a client access license).

(2) Can Win2003 Web Server edition function as Terminal Server

No.

W2k3 TS is a redesign/update to the technology in W2k. It is essentially the same as
XP remote desktop, but with multiple users in mind.

Feel free to tell me it's none of my business, but I have to ask. Why do you need a dedicated machine to run a p2p app?

I've found Terminal Services to be MUCH more responsive than VNC over a slow network connection. VNC also has some annoying screen refresh issues, with text field updates and pop-up dialog boxes occassionally not showing up right away. Terminal Server also gives you the option of having multiple desktops logged in at once, which can be very handy!

Thanks for all those response, I found out that the "software bridging" is only build into the
WinXP + Window2003 server. Since I needed this feature, I decided to just stick with the
WinXP Remote Desktop for simplicity.

Emule is very Hardrive Intensive. Its constant uploading + downloading takes a toll on the overall perfomance.
Furthermore, it makes watching DVD, DivX Movie, DivX Anime really choppy.
