I'm just about to pull the trigger on the parts of my new PC (A64 3000, 939, 1gb ram, 6600gt). I'd like to get a legal copy of XP, but i'm not sure where and which one. Is there a big difference b/w Home and Pro? Any advice on where to buy? I'm set on XP, but I don't want the OS to be the thing that puts me over-budget.
Also, I notice Ebay's got plenty of supposedly legal copies going pretty cheap. Anyone have any experience with that?
