Just a normal SATA II cable 3.0 I think SATA 6.0 requires a different cable. And a SATA power adapter if your PSU doesn't offer SATA power cables.. really minor stuff; you can probably pick this up at a MicroCenter or a local Computer shop... maybe...
 
You should re-think your SSD decision. The Crucial C300 is a much better 256Gb drive than the P256. It is a SATA III drive, but will work on your Dell, since SATA II is backwards compatible with SATA II.

Check this comparison of the two drives, and note the 4K random writes. Small file operations is where an SSD earns it's bread and butter, and the reason you want an SSD in the first place.
