Need wireless card for desktop.

I'm sure it's been brought up a lot but my neighbor has a Linksys G router and said I could leech off of it but I need a wireless card for my PC. What card should I pickup? I hate wireless personally because drop offs so that's why I'm coming here for advice.

Do you want a PCI card, USB card? Personally I like the USB because it's external and I could place it. If you want to you could maybe get a wireless router and use it as a bridge and just hook up to that.
