I have a newb friend who is having fits trying to reconcile a conflict issue between Windows XP Pro SP 2 OEM installed on a new HP zt 3000 laptop and HP Photosmart 2710 all-in-one printer.
Requires a qualified person in San Diego to work out solution with HP tech/engineering support. The conflict involves the Windows component "Generic Host Process for Win 32 Series."
