Need Windows Proxy Advice

I need advice about proxy software. Currently, I have Windows 2000 Pro setup, and am using ICS for NAT. I'd also like a socks5 proxy, although a HTTP proxy with caching would be nice too.. I have that in Winproxy though, but it only works for three connections.

Anyone got suggestions on socks5 proxy software, that'll run as a service in Win2K? Better yet: the caching...
