File was deleted. I do not want to rebuild the OS partition to get the file and/or dig up old Ghosts to extract the file and then restore to current configuration.

Anyone that may have it, please e-mail to me or point me to a way of getting it from either the Win98 CD or on-line.

Will be every appreciated.

Re-installing Win98 over the existing system is not recovering the file.
 
Yes - Now I think I can continue with getting the Win98 system back on the Net
