I did a complete search of all CABs on my ME CD - there's no such file. It seems to me that is has to be a LinkSys file. You are talking about the LinkSys PCMCIA adapter for 100/10 network support?
 
What is the model of Linksys adaptor?
What kind of laptop is it?

I searched Google, Linksys, and Microsoft for"pc100nd5.sys" but no luck.
