Need website help !!

I have a website I got through yahoo....... www.tripathi.net

I have realised that fee is much higher than at other sites

Is it possible to just transfer my billing to any other service provider while keeping the site as it is ?

should be able to keep the site the same, even easier if you could ftp your files to your personal computer and then just ftp them back to a new hosting provider
