Need Webserver On Odd Port

Hey guys, we're testing a new packet shaper here at work, and we want to test to make sure it's properly throttling down downloads coming off webservers on odd ports(i.e. not port 80). Does anyone know where we can quickly find a site like that with a decently sized file(1MB or so)? Thanks.
 
We don't have anything on the outside, so we can't, but I did some quick googling and found something on 8080, so that'll do nicely. Thanks though.🙂
