Need web hosting suggestions

I'm thinking about setting up a site and I need some suggestions for hosting. I'm going to have a blog, which I'd like to be able to theme pretty easily (I'm a developer, not a designer) and I'd also like the ability to attach files and such... I'm thinking probably WordPress. I'd like to find a host with the auto-installer, with good uptime, and (hopefully) with the ability to run .NET apps. Are there any cheap hosts out there that match these criteria?
