I'm looking to improve my web design skills. Does anyone have any forums, websites, or books you'd recommend for this? I'm on about an intermediate level; I know some HTML, Flash, and Photoshop 7 things but nothing massive. My websites seem to always be lacking and have a lot of negative space. As far as languages like CGI, PERL, PHP, ASP-- I haven't a clue.
