My mother went and bought a dlink di 524 wireless router and now being the only person with even the slightest amount of computer knowledge, for some reason it's my job to get it running. Anyway, she is using a compaq presario 2100 laptop with some unknown 802.11g wireless card. I can get wireless running without using any encryption, but whenever I try to set up the encryption on the router, I can't get any connectivity. So, I need to know if anyone here has any suggestions or maybe a place to look for further instruction. The best dlink tech support could come up with was unplug my cable modem for five minutes and try again.
