need walkthrough on building laptop

hello i want to see if anyone can help me through building a brand new black macbook 13 inch from scratch. thing si will need to do include:

(replace the screen to a brand new one( even though the old one still works)
new battery
new MOTHERBOARD this is diffucult for me to find
new ram ( Easy)
new hd ( Easy)
should i upgrade to mavericks?

also any thoughts on putting 4gs of ram instead of 2 because it can only read three technically i heard..thanks... RON

Macbooks are extremely proprietary. The new ones even have the RAM soldered to the boards, and the motherboards come in pieces and get bonded to the case.

It's not super practical to home-brew a laptop in the first place...

Obviously, the old black books are not quite that way (and they are quite old), but you'll probably have trouble finding parts without scrapping a bunch of old semi-working models.
