Need virus help!

Once I have them in the virus vault then what should I do? AVG can't heal the 2 files/2 viruses: c:\\windows\brasil.exe http://www.trendmicro.com/vinfo/virusencyclo/default5.asp?VName=PE_SPACES.1445 and c:\\windows\instit.bat. http://www.trendmicro.com/vinfo/virusencyclo/default5.asp?VName=PE_DUPATOR.1503
Dupator is memory-resident...whats that...but says its not very harmful. The spaces.1445 is memory-resident and is suppose to be high risk and mess up my system on june 1st.

So can I just delete those files or are they important. Should I let them out of the vault and see if another anti-virus can take care of them?

Delete them...if they cannot be healed they are of no use anyway.

You have what is called "W32.Opaserv.Worm".

Go to www.symantec.com and download their removal tool and run it. That should solve things for you.

Swampster is 100% correct. The tool on the Norton site works extremely well, but please print out the instructions and follow them exactly before running it. Good luck!!!
