Need Video Drivers for a Dell 4550 ATI card, (SOLVED)

I'm goin crazy here...

Got a Dell 4550 that came with an ATI 32mb Ultra or something video card, darn hot deals forum :) Anyhow, i have WinXP drivers for it but i can't find any Win2K drivers for the card (dual bootin), or at least any that'll install

Newbie to ATI drivers, any help :)

Nevermind, situation stable, got them here in case anyone else needs them :)
