Need video card with 3 duplicate outputs

I need to duplicate the desktop of a PC to that PC's monitor and 2 TV's in other locations that will be connected via HDMI over Cat 6 wall plates.
I tried using an HDMI splitter but the HDMI over Cat 6 will not send that signal for some reason (or I have a bad splitter).

Therfore, I am looking for a video card that will allow me to duplicate (not extend) the desktop to all 3. The monitor has a DVI input but the 2 TV's are the HDMI over cat 6. If there is a video card with multiple HDMI outputs that would be perfect (or a combination of DVI and HDMI). I can convert as needed.

Currently I am using the motherboard video for 1 of the TV's and a video card for the monitor and other TV. The problem is, it will only "duplicate" to one source and "extend" to the other.

It's a fairly new machine with i7 processor, running Win 7 32 bit. Nvidia GeForce 610 video card and Intel Graphics on the motherboard.

I appreciate any suggestions.

Visiontek makes a 7750 that has two HDMI, and one display port. And it comes with a display port to dvi adapter.

With your current setup of using both the onboard and the nvidia card, you can mirror to a different card.

I have not tried this with a single card before, but it is technically possible.
