Need video card recomendation

I recently returned a radeon x700 pro cause the fan on it was way too noisy for my silenty pc.....can someone recomend me a video card for around 150 ? I know everyone talks about the 6600gt but is it silent ? also where can i get that video card ? when i on newegg i get like 1000 of them
 
Azndude51 i ordered the 6600gt and i plan on getting the ZALMAN VF700LED....seems to be the way to go.

:thumbsup: That Zalman VF700 was the best investment I made in the quest for a silent PC. Along with the XP-90 and quiet fan on my CPU, this has made my overclocked PC nearly silent and quieter than my laptop. I recommend using the low fan speed option (5V power connector). I am using the low speed option on my overclocked 6800GT and it cools even better than the Arctic Cooling NV Silencer I had used previously.
