Need Video Card Assistance

I received my 2405 last night and love it so far. However, I am having troubles running at 1920X1200 over DVI on my NVIDIA 5200. I haven't given up hope yet but it is not looking like it is going to happen. 1920X1200 works over the VGA cable, but I want DVI🙂

Anyway, I am looking to replace my video card. I am looking to spend under $250 if possible, get at least one DVI port, has to be AGP and most importantly --- must run the 2405 at 1920X1200 over DVI without any issues.

I do some gaming - Warcraft III, Roller Coaster Tycoon III but not a hardcore gamer.

I am willing to buy a used card so if anyone is wanting to sell their card I am open to talking.

That card looks like it will work for you but don't expect to play games very well at 1920x1200. You probably can but you'll have to turn your settings down to 0xAA maybe 2x AF and then textures will probably have to be medium. I could of course be wrong.

I am okay with it not being the best gaming card since I am unwilling to spend $400+ right now. Maybe for Christmas🙂

Anyway, does anyone have any experience using a Geforce 6600GT with the Dell 2405 via DVI? Before I spend the money, I would like to know that this card is going to work.
