need video capture card suggestion

I am looking to convert some home VHS tapes to cd, vcd, svcd format. What would be a good video capture card to buy. I am looking at Pinnicle Studio Deluxe, Studio AV/DV, and ATI All-In-Wonder cards. Which do you think would be good for a first time card?
