Need vid card ASAP, Outpost out of BFG FX6800 OC, what now?

I've read all the similar threads and am still not sure. Need to order today cuz my vid card is loaned from a friend and I actually ordered the 6800 from Outpost this weekend when it appeared in stock only for it to be later listed as backordered (I called and they had no idea if more were coming).

Should I pay ~20 more than the $250 for a 6800 or spend the ~224 I'm seeing on pricewatch for a 6600GT AGP?

224 is still a little high for the 6600 gt. Wait until they come down to ~200 like the pci-e ones are.

not sure they ever will come down to 200, since the agp bridge probably costs more to manufacture.

I'd go ahead and pay the twenty dollars more just for the peace of mind from getting the faster card.
