My roomate has windows xp pro on his computer which is a legit copy.
he had some registry corruption, which made him to do a repair of windows xp through recovery console manually.
after performing the repair, he got it loading back but it asks for administrator password. He never set an administrator password and had his own log in account to log in.
He tried to boot up the computer in safe mode, which it did but was not able to log in becuase even in safe mode it asks for administrator password.
is there anyway to bypass this administrator password thing.
please help.
