A friend uses the PC to talk to the family in another state while getting to see them on the screen at the same time. The problem is that the video on the monitor is slow and choppy. The current system is a Celeron 433, Voodoo4 and 56K USR harware modem. I thought that if it was upgraded to a P3-800 and a Radeon 32DDR, the picture quality would improve significantly. The max the mobo (Soyo 6BA-IV) will take, is a P3-800 (maybe an 850). I though the Radeon would be good for full screen video. Would this be a good upgrade to make to eliminate the choppy picture? Would it be better to get a 64mb Radeon? Would it look good in full screen? What about adding a video capture card?
