Need upgrade Advice

I would like to spend about $500 or less to upgrade. I mainly play games. Here are my current specs:

Shuttle an35n ultra 400 mobo
Athlon Barton 2800+ proc
1 gig pc 3200 ram
ATI 9800 Pro
SB audigy 2
Antec true power 430 PS
 
939 single core
mATX motherboard
1GB more RAM
As much gpu as you can get
FSP $50 psu

done (don't know if that'll all fit in your shuttle case, if not then a case will be needed no doubt)
