Need UPC # for product

I bought a Cendyne (Liteon) CDR during the rebate period from OfficeMaxx. Today I get a you did not include the UPC code postcard. I have a scan of what I sent in and it looks like I sent in the UPC but it's not labeled UPC. The number is 6 B372800107 D (the scans a little blurry so I might have a B as a 8 or a o as a 0). Anyone else have this # on their copy?

I think UPCs are all digits, but you have the right # of characters. Check that "B" and "D".
