What is the input and what are you providing it?

Looks like a sync problem.

I'm not a TV repairman so that's about all I can offer.

Either a unsupported resolution, bad component connection or component cables hooked up wrong way. Most common error I see is people see the 2 reds on component and swap em so its sending audio into the component input... causes crap like that, or... your TV is fvcked.

Good point.

It's a CRT rear projection. Most mits CRT RPTV don't support 720p. Also more details on what you are feeding it and how it is connected and the source.

Post the model of your TV
Post the source, connection and resolution
Did this just happen or what?
BIG DEAL - go into your menu and make sure the component connection is set properly. It can be RGB or Y/Pb/Pr. Make sure you are using the correct one for what you are feeding the TV.

No matter what the input is it does this. It's a DLP rear projection. I'm sure it's something messed with the TV itself b/c it used to work fine. Then it started saying "did you install a new bulb" everytime I turned it on. Now when it turns on it simply shows the blue fuzzy lines. Like I said, it used to display fine but now it doesn't and I didn't change anything.

I'll definitely double-check the component connections to make sure it is the proper feed.

Hit the reset button. You'll need a paper clip. It's right next to the power button.
After you hit the reset button the TV should turn off and a green light will flash for 70 seconds.

If that doesn't solve the problem, turn the TV off, wait until the main fan stops, then unplug the TV for a few minutes.

If that doesn't solve the problem... Don't know what to tell ya. But what you're showing happens from time to time on the 725 series stuff. Resetting the TV has always worked.
