Okay, I have to go to a wedding next week in NJ. I don't have a car, so I can't drive there. It's located at The Brownstone House, at 351 West Broadway, Paterson NJ. I checked mapquest and there doesn't seem to be much bus or train connections near the area, but I just want to get into NJ and take a taxi if necessary. I've checked NJ transit and port authority pages, but I can't figure it out. So if anyone knows how I can get there, please help! Damn, I gotta get out more...

For work, I take Suburban Transit from home (middlesex county) to port authority.

To go to Paterson which is in Bergen, I would not know how by bus.

By car you would have to take the GWB over from the Bronx and then take I80 or I95.

If you just go over the GWB and go straight.. without making any turns..

it'll take you straight to paterson~~

I believe if you can get a bus from the 42nd street bus terminal and take a bus that takes you across the GWB..

get off on the Bridge Plaza stop.. which is right off the GWB..

I believe there is a bus that would take you there to Paterson~~

If not.. you can take the bus you took.. go to paramus and transfer there to another bus

if not..

just take Bus # 756 NJ Transit from the 42nd terminal.. take that all the way to Garden State Mall..
from there.. take bus #770 which should take you all the way to Paterson from the Garden State Mall~~
