Need to write an "internet usage policy" for our workplace...

just google, find a few policies that are posted online, decide which parts work for you, which parts you feel are too strict/not strict enough, write your own.
If you review 40 or 50 of them. (Since you're getting paid for it, it'd probably be best to do a thorough job, after all, you're going to be stuck with it for quite a while.
