need to write a letter to the court

basically because my father decided to kick me out to my moms, then when he saw the child support money he completely changed his mind, my mom's lawyer told me to write a letter to the court about how life is here.

What format should i use in writing to the court?

Poor spelling, even worse grammar, blood stains, innuendo about sex with vegetables and thoes "special sleep-overs".

Very formal, but not pretentious. Write as though you were speaking in court. It is acceptable to use the 1st-person view in writing this, as most, letters.

Something that is poorly formatted and littered with spelling and grammatical errors will be harder to read, irrespective of the underlying content. By making something harder to read and digest, you might very well be diminishing the impact of your message.

Law obligate's them to work out any applications, and judge make his desigin according to law not impression he got about person.
