Need to track unauthorized usage on my PC

I need a program that can track unauthorized usage on my PC, specifically the directories and apps accessed, and that can record keystrokes if possible. It needs to be small, completely invisible to unauthorized users, and easy to uninstall when I no longer need it. Most importantly, it absolutely must be legitimate software.

My problem is that someone has been accessing my work PC in the hours I am not there, and I need something that can track that usage, and possibly give me a clue as to who it is before I can take any action.

Any suggestions?

Do a quick search for keytrap or keystroke trapper. There's many of these little proggies out there now, and some of them are pretty much state of the art with recording and even emailing of logs to you.

We use that kind of software at the company I work for the monitor people that are suspected of doing things on the computers that they are not supposed to be doing.

Oops, wasn't thinking. This is Win98.

Dark Sage, Win98 is not secure; I have my own password to log onto the network, but whoever is snooping around my machine is not accessing any network resources. I know that there are steps that I can take to secure my machine, but that does not help me catch the person that has been snooping.

In addition to what reitz said, screensaver passwords don't do jack since the intuder needs to do nothing more than push the restart button.
