What tones/tightens up hangy loose skin on the belly?
I've lost some fat there in the past few months but the skin remains.
Most of my weight loss is from cutting calories and cardio.

As long as te weight loss wasn't too drastic, i think its suppose to tighten up on its own over time. Not sure how to speed that up though.

I thought perhaps crunches would tone/tighten the skin. Or using weights when I do situps.

that makes no sense :) why would skin react to a workout :)

Eat lots of vitamins, drink plenty of water, and rub rubbing alcohol onto your skin each night before bed... should tighten it up within a month

I have seen plenty of guys go from fat to cut without the flabby skin.
And they did it lifting weights. I just figured that was the difference.

Don't really know of anything other than time.

I guess you could fill it back in with some muscle. But that wont fix all of it.

i think the only way to speed it up is by removing the skin through surgery. Or you could go to the department store and buy some froo froo junk at the ladies' counters.

They probably did it a bit slower and put on a lot of muscle mass there to help... Skin is elastic, thats why people can get fat... it will spring back, but not as fast as you can burn fat..... I would guess that you lost weight faster than those guys, and didnt put on as much muscle mass there since you are now asking about doing situps/crunches with weight as if you hadnt been doing it already?

I lost 35 lbs over 2 months and never had an issue with my skin on my stomach... but i lost it slowest there so it had time to spring back
