need recommendation for a game that can play itself, like possibly a sports game where you can set both teams to "computer". need to do some testing on a 360 and need to warm up the gpu. would like a newer game that pushes it hard too.

thanks in advance,
bob

I used to do that on my Gamecube with Madden 2002, so I'd imagine the newer versions support it too.

As for pushing the system, GoW is one, also I hear The Darkness looks good too.

Oblivion always felt like it was pushing my 360 pretty hard too. It's the game I noticed the most hick-ups in game play.

The NCAA football games do not support CPU vs. CPU play, so I doubt Madden does either. The new NCAA football actually has a super sim feature where you can have CPU vs. CPU matches, but you have to hit a button after every play to go to the next one, so it will not play itself.

Madden will play itself for a full game... also, if you just leave the game running idle, a cpu vs. cpu game will start in 'demo mode' and play through the whole game.

thanks, wanted to make sure it was cpu vs cpu and not a video

I think most fighting games like Dead Or Alive and Mortal Kombat will allow two CPU players, wont they?

EDIT: Just go into training mode or invincible mode and they cant kill each other, just play forever.
