Need to tell a Story for Speech Class

I have to tell a story that has: A plot, then a conflict, then a resolution.

Basically, any story will suffice... except I have to be able to tell it in 2 to 3 minutes.

I was thinking about doing a joke? Anyone know of a 2-3 minute joke that has a conflict to it?

The interesting thing about speech and writing classes is that you can make this stuff up, so long as you make it sound interesting, coherent, and consistent with the goals of the exercise.
