Need to set up 2 rigs for myself and a friend

A friend and myself has stalled on a new system for about a year now and this Apr 22 price cut on C2Ds is a good time to finally set things in motion. Most likely our systems will be pretty much identical minus our personal preferences to the case but anyway, I'm trying to keep the 2 systems under 1500. What I need advice on is help deciding which of several narrowed down parts should I get. I will be overclocking and the system will be used primarily for photoshop and gaming, will not be doing SLI.

Here's what we're definately getting
CPU: E6600
HSF: Tuniq Tower
HDD: Seagate 7200.1 320GB
GPU: Evga 8800gts 640(Possibly the 320 version for friend, I have 24" monitor, he has 20")

Here's what I need help deciding on:
MB: Asus P5B Deluxe(non wi-fi) for ~$180 OR P5B-E for ~$150 OR the Gigabye DS3 for ~$120
which one would you recommend for a decent OC?

PSU: Antec neoHE 550w for ~$60 AR or Corsair HX 520w for ~$90

RAM: completely have no idea anymore, what's good under $150? I'm leaning towards the Patriot eXtreme Performance 2GB kit for ~$130AR. Or how's this one for 135 no rebate:

Thanks in advance
