Need to repartition a Raptor without erasing it

I recently built a new desktop for someone and they wanted their old 160GB WD HDD put in as a storage drive along with the new 36GB Raptor. When I set Windows up on the new drive, I was stupid and created a 10GB partition and a 25GB partition, the 10 for Windows and the 25 for game programs. After getting Windows installed, I found that it was a pain to have the 2 partitions because some programs (such as Special Froces) won't ask which drive to install on, and now I want to merge the 2 partitions.

I want to buy some software to do it, like Partition Magic or something similar, but want to get recommendations on what to buy. I'll use it all the time because I do house calls for people in my spare time, and it would be nice if it had the ability to do other things, especially data recovery.

Thanks in advance

Yeah there's no option to change the path?

I installed BF2 and SF on my E: partition. Any software has an option to change the path, you just might have missed it.

I went through the SF installation no less than 6 times, and it never gives you the option of which drive to install to. I assume that's because it has to install in the BF2 program folder?

Anyway, that's not the main issue. The big problem is that the user doesn't have the brains to remember to switch installations to another drive, much less the ability to create a new folder for it on that drive before the installation and I don't want to be called every time the partition fills up.

Any more people with experience?

You're right Fraggable, it does automatically install SF to the same drive/partition BF2 is on, sorry.

Try reading up on BootIt Next Generation. I believe it has a feature that lets you change partition size without deleting the data on the drive. You can find any info on it here:
TeraByte Unlimited Hope that helps.
