need to reinstall drivers?

My TV tuner isn't working properly so on the advice of tech support I'm going to try it in a different PCI slot. Do I need to uninstall the TV tuner driver and software before moving the PCI card to a new slot and then reinstall them after moving it? Or can I just move the card to a different PCI slot?

In my understanding (And its limited) ... there is no need to reinstall the drivers. Change the slot and windows will do the changes for you..
