Need to reduce noise for my downstairs neighbor

My downstairs neighbor can hear when I move around on my desk chair. What's a good way to reduce that noise? Right now my chair is on the bare wood floor. Rug? Rug and plastic mat?

Tell your neighbor to pound sand. Also tell him/her that you can't help that the chair moves when you are masturbating feverishly. Also tell him/her, If he/she bangs on the ceiling while you are doing so, it will only make the noise last longer.
